AGREED REVIEW REFERENCE

Start With the Approved Quality Basis

A useful quality review needs a clear reference for the order. This can include the agreed garment specification, an approved physical sample where applicable, measurement and size information, construction details, decoration and branding references, and packing instructions.

The buyer and YECHENG should identify which references apply, and which version controls the order, before production decisions move forward. For the physical sample workflow, see the Clothing Sampling Service.

REVIEW DURING PRODUCTION

Production-Stage Quality Review

Production-stage review can compare garment work with the agreed basis while work is in progress. The relevant points depend on the garment and the approved requirements.

Measurements

Compare the relevant garment points with agreed size and measurement information.

Construction

Review visible assembly and the construction details identified for the project.

Decoration

Review applicable branding or decoration against the approved reference.

DIMENSIONAL REVIEW

Measurement Review

Measurements can be reviewed against the size and measurement information agreed for the project.

Where a dimensional tolerance matters, the buyer and YECHENG should confirm it for the relevant measurement point. A variance is then discussed against that agreed basis.

VISIBLE GARMENT DETAILS

Visible Workmanship Review

Review garment details against the approved reference and construction requirements.

What may be reviewed

Seam appearance, garment assembly, surface appearance and agreed finishing details, as relevant to the garment.

How a decision is made

Assess the observation against the project specification and agreed acceptance criteria.

DECORATION AND SPECIALIST HANDOFF

Review Decoration and External Processes

Embroidery on site

Embroidery supported at the Dongguan facility can be reviewed against the approved project reference.

Printing and garment washing

When externally coordinated, record the relevant appearance or placement requirement before handoff and review the returned result against the agreed project basis.

These review points do not describe an external specialist's internal inspection process.

The relevant review can cover visible finished-garment condition, approved label and order identification details, and the packing method agreed for the order.
