Project Inquiry & Needs Assessment

Every project starts with a conversation. Share what you have -- a Tech Pack, reference garment, product images, sketches, or a rough concept -- and our team will review the details to understand your product requirements, timeline and budget.

  • Submit via the inquiry form, email or file upload -- we accept Tech Packs, sketches, reference photos and existing samples
  • Confirm product category: custom hoodie, T-shirt, tracksuit or combination order
  • Share estimated order quantity, target delivery date and key customization requirements
  • Our team reviews and follows up with clarification questions within 1-2 business days

02 Design & Quotation

Design Review, Tech Pack & Quote Confirmation

Once we understand your project, we organize the product specifications -- silhouette, construction, sizing, decoration method and branding details -- into a clear development brief. A formal quotation is then prepared based on quantity, fabric direction and complexity.

  • Review existing Tech Pack or assist in building product specifications from reference materials
  • Confirm silhouette, fit, sizing chart, seam structure, pocket and closure details
  • Align on print method, embroidery placement, wash effect and branding requirements
  • Provide itemized quotation covering fabric, sampling, bulk unit price and lead time

03 Material & Sample Development

Fabric Selection & Sample Development

Fabric and trims are sourced against the confirmed specifications. The pattern is drafted, a pre-production sample is cut and sewn, and decoration -- printing, embroidery or wash effect -- is applied. The completed sample is shipped to you for physical review.

  • Source fabric by fiber content, GSM, knit construction and finish -- options reviewed and confirmed before cutting
  • Procure trims: zippers, drawcords, eyelets, buttons, ribbing, elastic and metal hardware
  • Draft and grade the pattern, then cut and sew the first sample to the approved spec
  • Apply print, embroidery, wash effect and labels -- then measure and photograph the finished sample before shipping

04 Revision & Approval

Sample Revision & Bulk Production Approval

After you review the physical sample, feedback is collected on fit, measurements, fabric hand feel, decoration quality and branding. Revisions are incorporated into a second or pre-production sample until every detail meets your standard. The approved sample becomes the bulk production reference.

  • Review the sample against the Tech Pack: fit, measurements, construction, seam finish and overall quality
  • Evaluate print sharpness, color accuracy, embroidery coverage and wash effect against reference
  • Check label placement, content accuracy, trim function and packaging mock-up
  • Written approval from both sides locks in the production standard before bulk materials are ordered

Why this step matters: The approved pre-production sample is the contractual quality benchmark for every unit in the bulk order. Changes requested after this point may affect lead time and cost.

05 Bulk Production

Production Scheduling, Cutting, Sewing & Craft Execution

With the sample approved and bulk materials confirmed, production is scheduled and executed in defined stages. Each stage has quality checkpoints to catch issues before they move forward. Inline measurements, stitch density checks and decoration inspections are completed throughout the run.

  • Bulk fabric and trims received, inspected for color, weight, shrinkage and defects before cutting begins
  • Marker making and spreading completed; fabric layers cut to pattern with tolerance control
  • Panels sewn in sequence; inline checks on stitch length, seam allowance, panel alignment and construction details
  • Printing, embroidery and wash effects applied as scheduled; position, color and durability verified against the approved sample

06 Quality Control & Dispatch

Quality Inspection, Packaging & Shipping

Completed garments go through a final end-of-line inspection covering measurements, workmanship, decoration and packaging before being boxed and shipped. Third-party inspection can be coordinated on request.

Measurement Check

Key points measured against the approved size chart with defined tolerance per size.

Workmanship Audit

Seam strength, stitch quality, panel alignment and finish consistency reviewed garment by garment.

Decoration & Branding

Print registration, embroidery coverage, label placement and tag content verified against spec.

Packaging & Carton

Polybag, fold method, hang tag, carton label and packing list confirmed before sealing.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final random inspection of packed cartons; third-party agencies accommodated on request.

Shipping & Documentation

Shipment booked, packing list and commercial invoice prepared, tracking details shared with client.

07 Project Communication

Client Communication & Project Progress Management

Transparent, timely communication runs through every stage of the project. We send structured progress updates, share photos of in-progress production, and flag any issues before they affect delivery.

In-Progress Photo Updates

Fabric, cutting, sewing and finishing photos shared at key milestones so you can track quality in real time.

Production Timeline Tracking

Clear delivery schedule confirmed at order placement, updated if any change in material lead time or production stage.

Direct Team Access

Work with a dedicated project contact throughout development and production, not a rotating support queue.

Issue Escalation Protocol

If a quality or timing issue is identified, you are informed immediately with the root cause and proposed resolution.

Pre-Shipment Sign-off

Final QC report and packing photos shared before shipment is released -- your approval or waiver is documented.

Post-Delivery Feedback

After each order, feedback is reviewed and incorporated into the next production cycle to improve quality and process.
